These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MobilSensor application and service (the “Service”), operated by Volodymyr Petlovy. By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app, create derivative works, or use our trademarks. All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to Volodymyr Petlovy.

2. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including any laws that apply to recording, location tracking, or message monitoring. You must only use the Service on devices and with data that you own or are authorised to use.

3. Plans, sensor limits and subscriptions

• Free plan: 1 sensor, push notifications only, and 24-hour data retention.
• Paid plan (monthly subscription): up to 10 sensors, push and email notifications, and 1-year data retention.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Google in accordance with the Google Play terms; we do not receive or store your full payment details. Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policy.

4. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services (including Google Play Services and Sentry) that have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that alerts and sensor data will always be delivered or accurate. Certain functions require an active internet connection, a charged device, and a working operating system; we are not responsible for failures caused by connectivity, device power, mobile-carrier charges (including roaming), or third-party services.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for your actions and for any reliance you place on the Service. MobilSensor is a monitoring aid and must not be relied upon as the sole means of safety, security, or emergency notification.

7. Changes and termination

We may update, change, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post material changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
